Emotional Freedom Technique
(EFT-Tapping)
EFT, often referred to as acupuncture without needles, works by tapping on various body locations with fingertips to balance the body's energy centers, which become disrupted during emotionally disturbing circumstances such as stress, worry, anxiety, or pain.
EFT promotes healing to the mind/body by simultaneously combining the physical effects of tapping with focusing mentally on the problem. Tapping is a technique that can be performed at any time for any problem, no matter the time or location. It is an easy and effective way to provide comfort to heal yourself.
