Going through life with conditioned responses to people and situations is not unusual. Being mindful of our thoughts, feelings, and reactions helps us reconnect to the sights, sounds, smells, and joys we may have missed.

Mindfulness helps us to be present in our lives and gives us control over our reactions and repetitive thought patterns to get a clearer picture of the situation.
