Service Description

Emotional Freedom Technique is often called tapping. It is a complementary treatment for physical pain and emotional distress created by Gary Craig to create a balance in the body’s energy systems.  EFT is known as an emotional version of acupuncture, except without the use of needles. The process of EFT focuses on nine meridian points, or energy hot spots, to restore balance to the body’s physical and emotional systems.   Tapping on these nine meridians in a specific order, can reduce the stress or negative emotion one feels from the issue they are experiencing; thus restoring balance to the body. Think of it, if you will, as a body reboot.  Much like pressing the control, alt, delete buttons on your computer.  By tapping on these acupressure points you are rebooting the body to restore balance to its energy systems.  EFT is simple and easy to learn and can be performed in any environment for any issue you may be experiencing.
